River & Country will strive to find you that country retreat, city centre pad, sea view apartment or investment property with your desired return (%).

We offer this service as we understand that finding property can be extremely time consuming, or you may not be an overseas investor. An initial consultation will be arranged either face to face at a location close to us, or if not possible over the phone. This will be an in-depth appointment to discover your needs & requirements.

After this consultation we will be constantly in contact with agents serving the area where you wish to purchase a property, having them send over there full property lists daily.

We can then gauge from these details the initial suitability of the properties. We will then send details over to you of properties which appear to fully meet your criteria, or arrange a viewing for one of our team to check the property (depending on location).

In most cases we will produce a document containing the full property details for minimum 3 properties that we feel would be suitable. We would ask your thoughts/ suggestions on these and then arrange to attend viewings of the properties with you.

If a property is found we will manage the negotiation side, and then recommend the use of a solicitor & broker to provide a stress free service.

This service is charged at 1% of the property purchase price. There is an initial payment due of £250 when we are instructed in order for us to fund the initial parts of the search. This is due even if we do not find a property that suits your needs.
